1. Can you provide security guards with specific skills, like first aid or customer service training?
– We can find SGs with specific skills or train them depending on the requirement of the client. It might cause significant delay on the deployment.
2. What is the difference between a gate guard and a roaming guard?
– Gate guard is an SG that only stays on the entrance or exit. roaming guard is an SG that patrols the area.
3. Can you provide temporary or event-based security?
– Yes, Price will be higher depending on the number of days and guards needed.
4. Where is your office located?
– We have our main branch in Pangasinan, Villasis and another branch in Baguio City, Benguet.
5. Are your guards equipped with communication devices or other tools?
– We can equip them with radios if needed by the client, but it will be added to the monthly billing of the customer. The registration of the radio frequency will also be shouldered by the customer.
6. How much do your services cost, and what does the fee include?
– It depends on the minimum wage of the location. It includes the base pay of the SG, administrative fee, miscellaneous fee (firearm, radio, uniform allowance)
7. Is your agency licensed and accredited?
– Yes, we have an LTO from SOSIA valid until 2029.
8. How do your guards respond to emergencies like theft, fire, or medical issues?
– Out guards are required to have the contact numbers of the local PNP, fire department and other relevant government agencies on hand. Moreover, they are trained to handle situations to preserve human life and protect the assets of the customer.
9. Can I interview or meet the guards before they are assigned?
– Yes, It can be arranged that all the guards we interview will still be interviewed by the client.
10. What is your process for billing and payments?
– We usually send billing on the 1st of every month for the billing of the previous month.
